Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
